Is there a valuation of trademark right(s) at hand (according the generally accepted guidelines of the valuation IP rights)?
Have there been conflicts with regard to the trademark right(s)?
Are there any coexistence agreements with third parties?
Do you intend to sell the trademark as a whole or only parts of the goods and/or services covered by the trademark?
Can you guarantee the validity of the trademark?
